These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Apex Medevac Sdn. Bhd. By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Apex Medevac provides medical transport coordination services, including Air Ambulance, Commercial Medical Escort, Medical Repatriation, Ground Ambulance Coordination, Bedside-to-Bedside Transfer and related medical logistics. Service availability is subject to medical suitability, operational feasibility and regulatory approvals.
All patients must undergo an assessment to determine their fitness for transport. Apex Medevac reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify transport arrangements if medical conditions or operational safety requirements are not met.
All quotations are subject to confirmation and may change due to aircraft availability, airport charges, medical equipment requirements, destination regulations or other operational factors. Full or partial payment may be required before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply after confirmation of services. Expenses already incurred, including aircraft positioning, ground ambulance bookings, hospital coordination or third-party arrangements, are generally non-refundable.
Apex Medevac shall not be held responsible for delays or service interruptions resulting from weather conditions, airport restrictions, governmental regulations, air traffic control, natural disasters, civil unrest or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all medical records, travel documents, passports, visas and other required information provided to Apex Medevac are accurate and complete.
Patient information is handled confidentially and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and healthcare regulations. Information will only be shared where necessary for the provision of medical transport services.
Apex Medevac exercises reasonable care in coordinating all medical transport services. However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
